Vohlard temperament testing will be completed on each pup and Christine will get to know you and your family to learn your hopes/dreams for your pup. Ultimately, IGR will place which pup we feel fits best with your family. Once Go-Home Day is here, we’ll go over the contract, handle final payment, and take a family picture. Then y’all are on your way to start your life together.

Final payment is due before puppy goes home with you. If you desire to pay electronically, the final amount must be sent 5 days before pup goes home. Otherwise, the final payment must be in cash. No checks accepted.

You will recieve free 30 days of insurance through TruPanion. You must complete the online registration of this insurance offer within 24hrs of puppy leaving my home. I will email you the code to complete the registration.

If you are traveling near a mealtime, we will not give your pup a full meal prior to travel to hopefully alleviate pup having an upset belly.

IGR requires that you must have a safe place to contain the pup while you are driving. This likely means a kennel if traveling alone or a helper to hold the pup so it doesn’t distract the driver. I will not allow any pup to leave my home without a kennel or a helper to hold the pup while you are driving, no matter how close or far you live from me.

We recommend that when you are stopping to let your puppy go potty to make sure that it is a safe spot that other dogs may not usually stop at. Puppies can show symptoms of sickness within 3-10 days of exposure, so keep a close eye on your puppy after they get home to make sure they were not exposed on the way!
